Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–12 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35 within the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding to Canada and other countries soon.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate changes. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify it, but you can return it under our return policy.

Are your supplements safe for my pet?
All of our supplements are made with natural, veterinarian-reviewed ingredients. Each product page lists the full ingredient breakdown. If your pet has specific health conditions, we recommend consulting your vet before starting any new supplement.
What age can my pet start using your chews?
Most of our soft chews are safe for dogs 12 weeks and older. Check the specific product page for age recommendations.
Are your products tested on animals?
We never test on animals in any harmful way. Our products are formulated for pets and tested through voluntary feeding trials with willing pet owners.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your pet does not love the product, contact us for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original packaging with at least 50% remaining.
How do I request a refund?
Email us at support@clovermew.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a return label and process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the item.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If you need a different size, flavor, or product, we are happy to exchange. Contact us and we will set it up.
